This is a lovely costume, a velvet feel 3/4 length pants, with a lovely velvet feel top, with gold and lace trim. The hat is a small elasticated hat with a feather.

Small Age 4-6: Trousers: Inside Leg 34cm,. Waist 46-70cm (elasticated) Jacket: Shoulder to bottom 45cm. Underarm (excluding lace) 30cm. Chest 60cm.
