Delivery to the UK is free, we do offer an expediated UK delivery service, please see our delivery charges. Overseas deliveries also incur a delivery charge.
All items will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail in the UK as standard, unless the item is heavy and requires a courier. If you would like to choose another service then please contact us prior to purchase, and we can take the details for you.
All Overseas mail is sent by Airmail.
Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day (you will receive confirmation of this dispatch). 2nd class can take several days to arrive in UK, Airmail can take 10-15 working days to arrive.
All our items are either packed in boxes, grey mail bags or jiffy bags depending on the item purchased. We do have our returns address details on the outside, but this should not "give the game away" if it is a present. We do put a packing note in with the item. If you would like this removing, please ask.
If your order has not arrived, then please contact us either by email or telephone, so we can check the delivery address for you. As most of our items will not fit through the letterbox, then most likely your item will be at your local Royal Mail delivery office, and you may have recieved a card to let you know about the failed delivery. If you need help finding the phone number for you local office then please contact us.
Contacting your delivery office is the fastest way to re-arrange delivery of your item, (sometimes it is the parcel man rather than your postman that delivers these items)
If you cannot locate your item, then please contact us, and we will sort this out for you.
If you have purchased a gift for someone, and we are sending it direct to their house, then please let us know if you would like the packing slip removing. There are no prices on the packing slip.
Our items include VAT where applicable by UK law. If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us, and we will arrange this for you.
